I'm Jordon Malagrida, a 3rd generation contractor that knows how to deliver what the customer wants everytime.  I'm not your typical general contractor. Most general contractors take on projects for customers and contract other companies to do the work. This typically will cost the customer 20% to 35% more money to get the work they want done. When you have different companies or contractors working on multiple projects it leaves room for mistakes or errors. Therefore you may not get consistent work done. For example if you need a deck built , landscaping , lawn care service and concrete poured for a driveway, then your most likely going to have 3 different companies, and an average of 30% fee for each job fulfilled.  When you choose Malagrida Properties, you don't have to worry about any of that! I have several divisions in my company. Construction, custom decks, landscaping and lawn care, Roofing, pest control, property maintenance, 24 hour on call technician, handyman, electrical, plumbing, tree trimming, concrete, and many more.
